We carefully prepare and package every order to ensure that your items arrive safely and in good condition.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for order processing before your order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

During product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.

If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • Morocco: approximately 1–5 business days.
  • International orders: approximately 5–15 business days.

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery times may be affected by weekends, public holidays, carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, order size, and other applicable factors.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. International Shipping

ELAA collection ships internationally to selected destinations.

International customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

ELAA collection cannot guarantee that an international shipment will not be delayed by customs.

5. Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after the carrier receives your package.

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, tracking and delivery are handled by the shipping provider.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your order.

ELAA collection is not responsible for delays, additional shipping costs, or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed after the order has been processed or shipped.

7. Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

ELAA collection is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers.
  • Customs authorities.
  • Import procedures.
  • Weather conditions.
  • Public holidays.
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Strikes or service disruptions.
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to have been lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

For damaged packages, please provide photographs of the packaging and the damaged item where possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier and determine the appropriate solution.

9. Refused or Undeliverable International Shipments

If an international package is refused by the recipient or becomes undeliverable because of an incorrect address, failure to pay applicable customs charges, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping or return costs may apply.

Any refund, where applicable, may be reduced by shipping, return, customs, or other charges incurred by ELAA collection.
